Three mooses come up with the idea of a joyride through the forest by car, turning their noisy music up as loud as it can go. Ignoring rules and restrictions because they know nothing about them, the mooses experience all kinds of adventures on their journey. An animation short and music video in which the song “Siempre con lo mismo” by Spanish punk rock band Faktor Suelo provides an ironic take on societal restrictions.

Roots is a short animated movie about teenagers born during the independence of Lithuania. The film talks through buildings and hair, revealing the complex nature of growing up in a post soviet country. The film discovers their emotional connection with the environment merging animation and interviews with the kids who are living in the brutalist, soviet built areas. The film is hand painted frame by frame, using ink and paper, and also enhanced with photo collages.

The painting chosen is Rene Magritte's "The Art of Living" (1967). Because the author of the painting was a surrealist, this approach is also taken in the animation. While at first glance it follows no logic, a cohesive story is revealed, exploring themes of separation and unexpected returns.
