Refund Policy

This policy sets out the conditions for refunds of BLON Animation and Games Festival tickets and festival passes.

General terms

• By purchasing a festival pass or ticket you enter into an agreement for the provision of event services. Under applicable law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure and event services.
• Unused or late-used tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the cases described below.

When refunds are issued

• Event cancelled. If the festival or a specific event is cancelled, the price paid is refunded in full.
• Material changes to the programme. If the date or venue of an event is substantially changed, you are entitled to request a refund.

How to request a refund

Submit your refund request using the contact details below, stating your order number and date of purchase. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable period.
